KATHMANDU: Supporters of Dharan Sub-Metropolitan City Mayor Harka Sampang staged a motorcycle rally to welcome him upon his arrival in Kathmandu. Sampang visited the capital today for meetings and organizational expansion activities. He traveled with the motorcycle rally to the Cultural Association in Kalikasthan, where the program of meetings and organizational outreach is currently underway.
