An Indonesian helicopter, carrying eight passengers including an Indian national, Santha Kumar, crashed in a mountainous region after emitting white smoke. Contact was lost on Monday morning. A teacher reported seeing the helicopter flying low and releasing smoke. Search and rescue teams are conducting aerial and ground operations, facing challenges due to heavy rainfall and dense forest.
