A dialogue in the Malayalam film 'Lokah' caused controversy. It allegedly hurt sentiments in Karnataka. Producer Dulquer Salmaan apologized. The makers said the verse was added in error. They promised to remove it. 'Lokah: Chapter 1 Chandra' opened strongly. Additional scenes were added in Kerala. Kalyani Priyadarshan expressed her joy. The film boasts a strong technical team.
