Kannada actress Ranya Rao faces a staggering Rs 102.55 crore fine for illegally smuggling 127.3 kg of gold into India, as revealed by the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence. Three others involved, including Tarun Kondur Raju, Sahil Jain and Bharat Jain, have been collectively fined, pushing the total penalty beyond Rs 270 crore.
