Moral of the story : A temple can be changed to a Mosque in 2024 but a mosque cannot be changed to a temple.

JPC on WAQF Amendment bill will soon submit 'LANDMARK' report

JPC will present its findings to the Parliament by the first week of Winter Session.

Earlier, Amit Shah announced that Waqf Amendment bill will be passed in the upcoming session.

Sample size : 47,000 (74% Hindu, 16% Muslim, 10% others)

The Biggest Problem they have with #WaqfAmendmentBill is that now Wakf has to tell how they have become OWNERS of the property.

What they have done is that whereever they found empty land they put in their records. All who have left to Pakistan, they put in their records. If they like any property, they put in their records. Now they are saying we have 3rd largest Land Bank and you cannot question about original transfer!
