Kristi Noem, the US homeland security secretary, accused CBS News of editing her interview to downplay Kilmar Abrego García's MS-13 ties. Noem stated that CBS allegedly removed portions where she detailed García's crimes, including human smuggling and soliciting nude photos from minors. The Trump administration intends to deport García to Uganda after mistakenly sending him to El Salvador.
